What to expect
- Objective
- Defeat the creator-described ICE bosses using hand choices, Firewall defense and card-type combos.
- Ending condition
- The page names 12 bosses but does not define an exact run-ending or failure rule.
- Creator-listed input
- No complete keyboard, pointer, controller or touch binding map is stated in the reviewed copy.
Read the announced attack before spending defense
The creator says enemy intents are fully telegraphed and damage has no random roll. A persistent Firewall blocks attacks; if it cannot cover the remaining hit, cards can be permanently discarded from the current hand to absorb damage. That makes the decision about which cards to preserve central to survival. The page does not provide exact damage, draw or discard values, and Joywisp has not tested the combat math.
Treat the boss count as a creator claim
The page describes 12 ICE bosses as repurposed fragments of the protagonist AI’s memory, plus combos made by chaining different card types. It does not specify a complete run-ending rule, save behavior or exact controls. Platform labels include desktop systems and Android, but the creator recommends a computer. This guide preserves that recommendation without claiming the mobile version has been tested.
How to choose
The reviewed creator description explains hand management, firewall blocking and card discards but gives no keyboard, mouse, touch or controller binding map. Joywisp does not infer one. Choose Protocol: RECLAIM for announced enemy moves and a visible tradeoff between Firewall and permanent hand discards. Tiled West, in the existing Strategy comparison, instead plans around a one-row duel and a bullet-card cylinder. Both are source descriptions; this is not a playtested difficulty comparison.
