No account is needed to play. This edition has no advertising, analytics scripts or third-party game embeds.

What stays in your browser

Artist Guesser stores the current answer ID, your guessed artist IDs, hint use, and aggregate finished-round statistics in localStorage under joywisp.artist-guesser.v1. This restores your round after a refresh. It is not an account and does not sync across devices.

The game processes artist guesses locally. It does not send your input or game statistics to an analytics service. Use “Reset local stats & round” to replace the saved data with empty statistics and a fresh round, or clear site data in your browser to remove it.

Ordinary web requests

Loading a website necessarily sends requests to its hosting infrastructure. The hosting service may process information such as an IP address, browser details and requested URLs in ordinary access or security logs. This notice does not claim that those logs are absent.

Copying and external links

Copy result writes a spoiler-free score grid to your clipboard only when you press it. There is no automatic upload or social post. Opening a Wikidata source link takes you to another website, whose privacy policy applies.

Future changes

If accounts, third-party embeds, advertising or remote measurement are added, their data handling needs to be described here before those features are enabled.
