Browser editions linked by the creator
The creator describes this separate browser beta as free.
Choose the edition first
The ranked itch project sells desktop downloads from USD14.99. It also links a smaller browser Lite edition. A separate creator announcement introduces a free Vilmonic 2 browser beta with co-op. Compare those choices before treating a guide or feature list as a promise about every version.
Observe shape before changing it
The creator connects genes to body shape and biological needs, including water and nutrients. Use your first session as an observation: which shapes move, feed or dry out differently? This is a question to investigate, not a claim that Joywisp has measured a winning trait.
Change one condition at a time
Breeding and environmental changes are central to the described sandbox. For a clearer comparison, keep a small notebook: record a starting condition, change one thing and note what you see later. Avoid mixing a new habitat and a new breeding choice if you want to understand which change mattered.
Let a world develop
The project combines creature care with crafting and building. It may suit an ongoing experiment rather than a single quick round. The browser beta is still a beta, and neither saving nor co-op reliability has been verified here; keep those expectations separate from the older desktop edition.
