Expose one layer before planning the next

Mining follows the cursor rather than a repeated click. The creator describes a fresh isometric board for each run, with upper blocks covering material below. Use the visible layers to decide where to hover next; clearing the surface changes the choices underneath. Exact ore yields, mining speeds and a fastest path through the board have not been measured by Joywisp.

Read hunger as the run’s limiting resource

The current description links hunger to health: when food runs out, health begins falling and the run eventually ends. That gives each excavation a boundary. Watch the native meters while learning what the cursor removes, then compare the XP payout with the choices you made. The guide does not assume an infinite idle session or a verified way to prevent hunger loss.

Use the XP tree to ask a specific question

Run XP feeds a skill tree covering resources, tools, cursor radius and hunger. Before an upgrade, identify what held the previous run back: access to material, the cursor’s reach or time available to mine. Compare the native descriptions against that question. Upgrade prices, formulas, persistence and the strongest sequence remain untested; this is a framework for reading the choices.

Keep the daytime playtest distinct from Steam plans

The creator separates the current daytime Build 1 from an upcoming Steam version. Night enemies, surface combat, a day/night survival cycle, enchantments and prestige are presented as future features. They are not confirmed parts of this browser build. HTML5 and a separate Windows download are listed now; neither listing establishes phone controls or a completed full edition.
